- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, internet, local language typing).
💼 Experience & Eligibility
✅ Mandatory Eligibility:
- Retired/VRS opted bank officers of Scale I and above from:
- Central Bank of India
- Any other Nationalized Banks
- SBI
- RRBs
OR
- Ex-servicemen / Non-bank candidates (e.g., Govt. school teachers) with:
- Banking knowledge
- Financial services understanding
- Relevant IIBF certification course.
📝 Additional Criteria:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience as an officer/permanent employee.
- Candidate should have an unblemished service record.
- Should be resident of same/nearby district.
- Must have excellent communication skills in the local language.
📅 Contract Duration
- Initial appointment: 1 year
- Renewal: Based on Bank’s discretion and policy.
💰 Salary / Remuneration
- Monthly pay: ₹25,000/- maximum
- Additional ₹1,000/- per month for Mobile/Conveyance expenses
- For retired pensioned officers: Last drawn salary – pension amount (whichever is lower than ₹25,000).
Note: Non-pensioners eligible only for ₹25,000/- + ₹1,000/-. No extra allowances or perks.
🌴 Leave Entitlement
- Total: 15 days leave annually
- Max: 2 days per month
🧾 Job Profile
- Responsible for overall management of FLC (Financial Literacy Center).
- Work as Counselor – FLC and conduct awareness sessions.
- Promote financial literacy and guide citizens.
