Department: Lifestyle Nutrition (Horlicks & Boost)
Location: Unilever R&D, Bangalore
Experience Required: 8-10+ Years in Packaging Development (FMCG Preferred)
Qualification: PG Diploma in Packaging (Indian Institute of Packaging ya similar institute)
🎯 Job Purpose:
Is role ka main goal hoga Innovation & Renovation Projects ko lead karna related to Horlicks aur Boost.
Packaging development ka complete lifecycle – from idea to execution – aapke haath mein hoga.

✅ Projects ka on-time aur high quality delivery ensure karna

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
📦 Packaging Innovation:
- Naye product launches ke liye packaging ideas banana, test karna aur implement karna
- Rigid packaging mein expertise use karte hue Sustainable Plastic Agenda mein contribute karna
- Packaging ka technical analysis karna & SAP system se manage karna
🤝 Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Brand, R&D, Supply Chain, Quality aur Regulatory Teams ke saath closely kaam karna
- Superior packaging create karna jo consumer ko attract kare aur business ko benefit de
🧪 Technical Execution:
- Prototype banwana, mould design aur testing ka process handle karna
- Suppliers ke saath partnership develop karna
- Packaging lab manage karna and digital tools ka use karna for faster implementation
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
🎓 Educational Qualification:
- PG Diploma in Packaging Technology ya equivalent (IIP or similar institute se)
🧠 Experience:
- 8-10 years ka solid experience packaging development mein
- Rigid & flexible packaging formats mein hands-on knowledge hona zaruri hai
- Packaging trials, mould testing, component development aur vendor collaboration ka experience hona chahiye
