As a Manager – Human Resources, you will report directly to the Factory Manager and play a critical role in managing end-to-end human resource functions in the manufacturing unit. You will be expected to balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day HR operations. This role is suited for experienced HR professionals seeking senior-level human resources jobs in the FMCG sector.
Key Responsibilities:
