🛠️ Process Execution
- Naye models ke liye DMC (Direct Material Cost) aur Capex estimation prepare karna
- Advanced technology vendors ko identify karna aur unke saath business plans banakar empanelment process initiate karna
- Technical specifications ko samajhna, verify karna, aur vendors shortlist karna
- RFQ documents prepare karke vendors ko bhejna, responses analyse karna, aur negotiation ke baad final vendor propose karna
- Tata Motors ke sourcing council se approvals lena aur PO (Purchase Order) release karna
- Long-term sustainability ke liye suppliers ke financial aur operational health ko monitor karna
- EVI (Early Vendor Involvement) se critical components ke vendors ko early stage pe involve karna
- Supply chain optimization ke liye localization aur alternate technologies explore karna
💰 Finance Management
- ERC ke saath milkar cost reduction initiatives drive karna through VAVE (Value Analysis/Value Engineering)
- Vendor costing evaluate karna, aur agar kahin cost escalation ya quality issue ho toh re-sourcing initiate karna
- Market trends ke according commodity prices track karna
- POGR aur Cost Reduction – Continuous Improvement reports ka analysis karna
- Audit queries ka timely resolution dena
👥 People & Stakeholder Management
- Internal teams (Product Lines, Engineering, Finance, SCM) ke saath regular coordination
- External suppliers ke saath RFQ, negotiation, aur settlement process handle karna
- Cross-functional communication aur networking se processes ko streamline karna
- Timely decisions aur collaborative working ensure karna across all levels
👤 Aapke paas yeh hona chahiye:
- Diploma in Engineering (BTech/BE preferred)
- 5+ years ka relevant experience in purchase, costing, aur vendor management
- Strategic sourcing aur should costing/zero-based costing ka hands-on experience
- Manufacturing processes, surface protection, aur validation standards ka thorough knowledge
- Commercial aur financial implications ka understanding
- Tata Motors audit guidelines aur purchase policies ka accha knowledge
