- IT platform ya Active Directory ke infrastructure ka design aur planning.
- Day-to-day operations ka monitoring aur issue resolution.
- Disaster recovery plans aur system backup management.
- Weekly reports aur SOPs prepare karna.
- Team management – hiring, training, engagement & performance reviews.
